1. If your cat is having difficulty breathing, has noisy breathing or collapses, check her ABC's and perform CPR if needed.
Go to the vet immediately.
2. A If your cat's face and neck are swollen, check her ABCs and begin CPR if needed.
3. For an insect sting, scrape off stinger with a credit card.
A stinger is usually black and very small. Do not attempt to pick a stinger out, as this may release more of the toxin. There may not be stinger left behind.
4. Ice the area to control swelling.
